Job Description

Senior Business Analyst Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements related to Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Recruiting) to develop training materials. • Identify user specific Workday training needs and develop training plans. • Assist in Workday testing and supporting UAT. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business and technical teams to develop job aids, quick reference guides, and end-user documentation. • Support the staging and management of Workday training environments, ensuring accurate and relevant data is available for learning scenarios. • Coordinate the planning and delivery of training sessions, demos, or onboarding support for new Workday features. • Monitor and identify any Workday performance and/or user feedback during training to identify improvement opportunities. • Support change management and communication efforts related to Workday enhancements and rollouts. Requirements • 8 years of Business Analyst experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience. • Experience analyzing systems to develop training plans and materials. • Experience supporting Workday implementations or enhancements in large or complex organizations. • Familiarity with Workday tools such as Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Business Process Framework is a plus. • Experience supporting the creation of training documentation, job aids, and end-user communications. • Ability to work with technical teams to stage and maintain training environments and sandbox data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users. • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Preferred: • Workday certification(s) • Experience with change management, end-user enablement, or LMS tools.
