General Manager Sales Marketing

Hiring: GM – Sales & Marketing (EPC Industry) We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial VP / GM – Sales & Marketing to lead business growth, strategic market development, and customer acquisition for our expanding EPC business. The role is suited for a strong techno-commercial professional who can independently drive opportunities, build customer relationships, and develop new markets across conventional and emerging sectors. Key Requirements ✔ Engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering ✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in the EPC industry ✔ Strong exposure to: Project implementation Estimation and costing Techno-commercial discussions and negotiations Business development and EPC sales ✔ Ability to independently: Set sales targets Develop customer networks Build partnerships, agents, and business associates Drive business growth initiatives ✔ Willingness to travel extensively ( approximately 15 days per month ) to meet customers and develop new business opportunities ✔ Customer-focused approach with strong ethics, integrity, and long-term relationship orientation Preferred Exposure Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: Infrastructure Projects Sugar Industry Distillery Projects Industrial / Process EPC Exposure to African markets will be an added advantage.
