You’ll be responsible for people, profit, and performance , creating a culture where teams thrive and guests keep coming back. You’ll: Lead all daily restaurant operations , KPIs, and commercial performance Drive sales growth, manage P&L, labour, and food costs Deliver outstanding guest experience, service standards, and food quality Oversee food safety, HACCP, health & safety compliance, and audits Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing hospitality teams Build a positive, inclusive, high-energy team culture Analyse performance and drive continuous operational improvement Act as a strong brand ambassador within the local community Lead a high-volume QSR / fast food / hospitality environment with confidence What You’ll Bring Positive energy and a genuine passion for people and hospitality leadership Proven success as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Store Manager Experience in Quick Service Restaurants, fast food, or high-volume hospitality Strong financial acumen including P&L, cost control, and KPI management Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills Hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making ability Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards A growth mindset and commitment to developing future leaders Our Values Bring the fun • Everyone counts • Always fresh • We do it together • Do mighty good At Popeyes, Everyone Counts .
