About the Positi on Reporting to Ownership, the General Manager will lead all front‑and back‑of‑house operations while also overseeing the continued development and execution of catering and events initiati ves.This individual will act as a strategic and operational partner to ownership, responsible for driving performance, mentoring teams, and building a strong operational foundation to support ongoing growth. The role requires a balance of day‑to‑day execution and big‑picture thinking, with a focus on scalability, team development, and long‑term succ ess. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to lead teams through periods of growth and change while maintaining high standards across the busi ness.
