Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full‑time General Manager to lead operations at our Austin, TX location. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily business activities, manage staff, drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with operational standards. Responsibilities include team leadership, staff training, managing budgets, tracking inventory, maintaining quality control, resolving customer concerns, and optimizing store performance. This is an on‑site leadership position, ideal for a seasoned professional ready to foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
