Job Title: General Manager Location: Tempe, AZ Company: North Star Pipelines About Us We are a growing subcontracting company in underground wet utilities. We run multiple crews and jobs across the Valley and need someone to help keep everything organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. The Role We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead the day-to-day operations of a specialty wet utilities subcontractor.

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent performance across estimating, project management, and field operations. This person will work directly with crews, project manager, operations, and ownership to make sure jobs stay on track, problems get solved quickly, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you're organized, direct, and know how construction jobs actually run, this role is for you.
