Job Description
We are a growing commercial cleaning, janitorial, and facility services company seeking an experienced General Manager to lead branch operations in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role oversees P&L management, operations management, workforce leadership, customer retention, and business development in a fast-paced, labor-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead branch operations, multi-site operations, and field service teams Manage full P&L (profit & loss), budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA performance Oversee labor cost control, staffing, scheduling, overtime management, and productivity metrics Drive customer retention, account management, and client satisfaction Manage commercial cleaning, janitorial services, building services, and facility maintenance operations Execute business development strategies, B2B sales growth, and contract expansion Lead team development, employee engagement, performance management, and coaching Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, quality control, and company policies Track and improve KPIs: revenue growth, gross margin, labor percentage, service delivery, and retention Qualifications 5+ years of experience in General Management, Branch Management, Operations Management, or Multi-Site Leadership Background in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, facility management, building maintenance, or service industry operations Proven success with budgeting, cost control, workforce management, and EBITDA growth Strong leadership skills: team leadership, conflict resolution, coaching, and strategic planning Experience with B2B account management, contract services, and recurring revenue models Ability to analyze operational reports, labor modeling, staffing metrics, and production rates Preferred Experience Leadership in service-based industries (cleaning, maintenance, security, staffing, logistics, facilities) Experience managing hourly employees, high-volume hiring, and turnover environments Experience with CRM systems, workforce management software, or scheduling platforms (Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, UKG, etc.) Work Environment Office-based with frequent travel to client sites throughout the Knoxville area Local travel required Occasional after-hours or on-call support We offer highly competitive compensation, including a strong bonus structure tailored for executive-level performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
