This organization generates multi‑billion‑dollar annual revenues and is a trusted partner on hyperscale data centers and other technically sophisticated builds that define the future of infrastructure. This is a high-impact executive leadership role for a proven operator who thrives in complex, fast-growth environments and understands how to scale both people and performance.

The Opportunity You will take full ownership of a major regional business unit, with responsibility for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth across Arizona. You will lead a seasoned team while building the next generation of leadership, positioning the division as the premier mechanical contractor in the region. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a large P&L , ensuring consistent profitability, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined financial performance Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand market share across mission critical and complex commercial sectors Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team , including Project Executives, Operations Leaders, and Business Development professionals Establish the organization as an employer of choice in the Arizona market by attracting top-tier mechanical construction talent Strengthen relationships with key clients, developers, and partners in hyperscale and mission critical construction Drive operational rigor across safety, quality, scheduling, and project execution What We’re Looking For Executive-level leadership experience within a large mechanical or MEP contracting organization Demonstrated success managing a substantial P&L (hundreds of millions or greater) Proven ability to scale a division or region , including developing and executing growth strategies Deep experience in mission critical, data center, or highly technical construction projects Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining elite talent Exceptional leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels—field to boardroom Why This Role Lead a flagship operation within one of the most respected contractors in the country Shape the future of hyperscale infrastructure development in one of the fastest-growing markets in the U.S.
