Floor Manager (Part-Time) – Joyce (DTLA) Pay: From $25/hr Shifts: ~2 shifts/week (with growth potential) About Us Joyce is a chef-driven, modern Southern restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles, known for high-volume service, a strong culture, and elevated hospitality. The Role We’re looking for a Floor Manager who can lead from the floor, maintain high standards, and execute consistently in a fast-paced environment . This is not a passive role, you are actively driving service, supporting the team, and owning the guest experience.

What You’ll Do Lead FOH service and manage the floor in real time Direct and support staff to maintain speed, quality, and consistency Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism Work closely with the kitchen to ensure strong communication and pacing Oversee POS, cash handling, tip distribution, and end-of-shift reporting Help manage labor and support sales-driving initiatives What We’re Looking For Experience in a chef-driven and/or high-volume restaurant (required) Strong floor presence and ability to command a room Solid food, wine, and spirits knowledge Experience with Toast or similar POS systems Ability to stay organized and decisive under pressure Strong communication and accountability You’ll Stand Out If You Have worked in busy, culturally driven restaurants (not corporate chains) Can balance hospitality and operational discipline Naturally take ownership without being asked Are looking to grow into a larger leadership role Schedule Requirements Must be available evenings and weekends Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when needed More detail about Joyce , please visit https://culinaryagents.com/entities/537430-Joyce-
