Job Description

Great White is looking for floor managers to join our growing team. We are looking for managers who lead by example and thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment. You will work cohesively with the General Manager and Regional Manager to represent the Great White brand, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and every team member is empowered.

This isn't just a supervisory role, it's a leadership position for someone who loves the energy of the floor and takes pride in the art of the service. Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Experience & Service Leadership Lead the Floor: Assist with daily FOH service operations, ensuring our standards are not just met, but exceeded.

Coaching: Provide in-the-moment feedback to employees to maintain excellence. Daily Readiness: Execute pre-shift meetings, taste plates, and venue walkthroughs to ensure the team is primed for success. Culture Champion: Foster a positive, people-focused environment that keeps team morale high. 2.

Team Management & Development Growth & Reviews: Collaborate with the GM and AGM on performance reviews and provide ongoing accountability for the FOH team. 3. Operational Efficiency Labor & Scheduling: Work with leadership to hit labor targets and adjust schedules based on business flow. Inventory Management: Manage weekly dry goods ordering, oversee storeroom organization, and ensure packaging targets are met. 4.

Communication & Support Kitchen Liaison: Report smallware needs and menu inventory status to the GM. Problem Solving: Act as a bridge between the floor and upper management, communicating operational needs promptly. Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to coach. A lead-from-the-front mentality—you aren't afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary. High organizational standards and an eye for detail.

Actively manage the pulse of the dining room. You are responsible for ensuring every guest interaction reflects our culture—vibrant, attentive, and consistently excellent. Compensation & Structure Annual Salary: $80,000 (commencing upon completion of the training period).

Onboarding & Training: Your first 4 weeks will consist of immersive, hands-on training to master the Great White standards, compensated at an hourly rate of $38.00/hour.
