Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. Address chronic problems, preventive care, acute situations, and mental health challenges using a patient-centered perspective.

Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret medical tests, and formulate individualized treatment plans. Engage collaboratively with care teams, mental health professionals, and specialists to ensure well-rounded patient care. Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to keep accurate and current patient documentation. Provide care in both face-to-face and virtual settings to accommodate diverse patient needs. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME. Certifications Board Certified in Family Medicine. Possess or be eligible for an active Texas medical license.

BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Excellent diagnostic and clinical abilities with a focus on preventive care. Familiarity with value-based care models and a commitment to ongoing development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration. Proficient in utilizing EMRs and telehealth platforms. A true passion for providing compassionate care to a variety of populations.
