Minimum 5 years of HVAC and plumbing estimating experience Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing construction methods, materials, and building codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Experience with estimating software such as Trimble, Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar platforms Proficiency with Building Connected, Procore, and Microsoft Office Understanding of construction scheduling and project management processes Strong communication skills with the ability to work with suppliers, owners, and design teams Strong mathematical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to verify U.S. employment eligibility Gillette Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
