Estimating Manager – Residential Construction Edmonton, AB | Relocation Support Available We are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead our clients centralized estimating function supporting single‑family and multi‑family residential projects across Canada . This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hands‑on estimator who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and partnering closely with construction and trade partners. Reporting to the Director of Pre‑Construction , you will oversee a team of 4–6 estimators while remaining actively involved in complex estimates, process optimization, and strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Senior Estimators and Estimating Coordinators Support both single‑family and multi‑family projects (townhomes, mid‑rise, etc.) Champion ERP systems such as HomeFront and Newstar , along with digital takeoff tools like Bluebeam and Revit What You Bring 10+ years of residential construction estimating experience 3+ years in a leadership or management role within estimating or pre‑construction Developer or homebuilder experience strongly preferred A collaborative leadership style with a process‑driven, business‑minded approach Willingness to work on-site in Edmonton, AB
