Job Title: E-commerce Growth Lead (Google Ads & SEO Specialist) Role Overview: Weβre currently seeking an e-commerce growth expert to independently manage both Google Ads and SEO for a California-based furniture company. The role is part-time (10-15 hours per week) , fully remote, with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Google Ads: Lead hands-on management of Google Ads search campaigns (structure, bidding, keywords, ad copy, extensions) Continuously optimize for ROAS, CAC, and incremental revenue Design and run experiments (keyword expansion, match types, bidding strategies, landing page tests) Ensure clean tracking, attribution, and performance reporting SEO & Organic Growth: Own technical SEO , including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and Core Web Vitals Drive on-page and content optimization for high-intent commercial and informational keywords Create a content strategy, internal linking, and authority building Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance, translating insights into action Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in paid media and SEO, with a strong focus on Google Ads (search) Proven track record of scaling e-commerce and DTC brands through paid search and organic growth Deep, hands-on expertise in: 1.
Google Ads (search campaigns, bidding strategies, account structure) and 2. Technical SEO and organic performance optimization Ability to manage paid acquisition and SEO simultaneously , understanding how the two channels complement each other Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization, landing page optimization, and funnel performance Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) to start; goal is to transition to full-time. Location: Fully remote.
