Located in Central Texas, our client is a well-established and growing construction services organization specializing in complex, project-based work across commercial and industrial markets. With a strong reputation for execution, safety, and client delivery, the company is entering a new phase of growth and operational expansion. As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Division Manager to lead their Central Texas operations.
This is a true general management role with full ownership of regional performance, including P&L, business development, project execution, and team leadership. This is not a project role. This is a leadership seat.

What YOU get to DO in this role: Own full P&L performance for the region, including revenue growth, margin, and profitability Drive business development efforts , identifying and securing new opportunities within the Central Texas market Lead project execution across preconstruction, operations, and field teams to ensure delivery on time and on budget Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team across project management, estimating, and field operations Serve as the senior leader for key client relationships , ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships Establish operating cadence, metrics, and accountability to drive consistent performance and continuous improvement Partner with executive leadership to align regional strategy with broader company goals Bring structure, discipline, and leadership presence to a growing operation What you NEED to SUCCEED in this role: 15+ years of experience in construction, general contracting, industrial services, or a related project-based environment Proven experience leading a region, division, or business unit with P&L responsibility Strong financial acumen and understanding of project-based economics Track record of building and leading teams while driving accountability and performance Demonstrated ability to operate as a client-facing leader with executive presence and credibility Strong knowledge of the Central Texas / Austin market Experience in structural steel or related disciplines is helpful, but not required Whatβs in it for you at this company?
