Job Description

Take charge of sales strategy as Teknion's District Manager in the Caribbean. Your focus on dealer success and market insights will drive growth and profitability. In this strategic position, your role involves promoting Teknion’s diverse product range while nurturing relationships within the CALAM territory.

By managing the full lifecycle of dealer partnerships, you will implement best practices in sales and marketing, enhancing their capabilities to respond to complex market demands. A proactive approach and strong financial acumen are key to securing new business and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Execute annual sales forecasts and revenue targets • Maintain knowledge of Teknion’s initiatives and protocols • Evaluate distribution strategies with regional leadership • Conduct training sessions for dealer compliance • Drive performance assessments through the Dealer @Vantage Program Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Three or more years in sales, preferably in furniture • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills • Proficient in Salesforce; MS Office expertise required • Readiness to travel frequently within the territory Harness your sales expertise and leadership skills to elevate Teknion's performance across the Caribbean. #J-18808-Ljbffr
