Location: Warrington, Blackburn, Manchester. Some remote working available. Hours: 40 hours per week with some flexibility on hours.

We’re seeking a Digital Construction Manager to drive excellence in our projects by implementing cutting-edge digital tools and ensuring information management best practices. Responsibilities Manage and implement ISO 19650 information management processes across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Support project teams with digital tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Monitor software utilisation and maturity, helping teams embrace new technologies. Build relationships with stakeholders and supply chain partners to drive digital adoption. Provide mentoring and leadership to Digital Construction Coordinators.
What are we looking for? / Qualifications Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Good understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with BIM processes. Enthusiasm for using new technologies to improve traditional construction methods.
