CyberArk Manager/ Senior Manager

Job Title: CyberArk Manager/Senior Manager Experience: 6+ Years Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Description We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CyberArk implementation, administration, and support, along with a solid understanding of security best practices. You will be responsible for managing privileged access, securing critical systems, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies.

Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and manage CyberArk PAM solutions Administer and support CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM Manage privileged accounts, password rotation, and session monitoring Integrate CyberArk with target systems, applications, and directories (AD/LDAP) Develop and maintain IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls Perform onboarding of accounts, safes, and platforms within CyberArk Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, authentication, and CyberArk infrastructure Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams Required Skills 6+ years of experience in IAM and PAM domain Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk (implementation & support) Good understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Windows/Linux environments Knowledge of password vaulting, session management, and access controls Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Good to Have CyberArk certifications (Defender/Sentry) Experience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, etc.) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with SIEM tools or security monitoring Understanding of DevOps and automation practices.
