Position: CRM Manager Department: Marketing / Sales / Customer Success Reporting: Director Work Location: Aundh (traveling to sites) Experience: 5 – 8 years Job Summary: The CRM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Customer Relationship Management strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle, enhance customer retention, and increase engagement. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer communication, to gather insights, improve service delivery and drive growth. CRM Strategy Development: Establish and optimize the customer lifecycle process, from acquisition to retention.
Identify target audiences and create personalized customer journeys. Data Management and Analysis: Ensure accurate data collection, segmentation and analysis within CRM platforms. Campaign Management: Plan, execute and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging. Customer Retention & Engagement: Monitor customer satisfaction and handle escalations for key accounts. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead a team of CRM executives or specialists, providing direction and feedback.
Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Present CRM performance insights to senior leadership. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in customer segmentation. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
