Job Description Job Description We are seeking a contracts paralegal to join our client's team on a consulting basis. They support attorneys by drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements. They also manage contract lifecycles and ensure all terms comply with company playbooks and legal regulations.

Core Responsibilities Drafting & Redlining: Prepare and revise standard commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts) using established company playbooks. (1) Review & Analysis: Analyze contract terms to identify potential legal or financial risks, then propose alternative, favorable language. (1, 2) Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract approval workflows, facilitate execution (signatures), and maintain accurate records in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. (1, 2) Compliance & Tracking: Ensure contracts comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Track upcoming deadlines, renewals, and termination dates. (1) Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the legal department, project managers, clients, and third-party vendors. (1) Essential Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree and/or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in corporate legal departments, in-house settings, or major law firms.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software or document management tools. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, objective risk assessment, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
