Location: Atlanta, Georgia (On-site). Commercial real estate experience is highly preferred. Confidential Employer. Job Description Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing. Draft, prepare, review, and organize legal documents and transaction files.
Coordinate document execution, deliveries, and communications with clients and transaction parties. Maintain calendars, monitor deadlines, and ensure transactions remain on schedule. Support commercial real estate closings and related documentation.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical legal files. Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team. Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, title companies, and outside parties.
Help ensure accurate, timely completion of multiple active transactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of real estate law experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Commercial real estate transactional experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
