Responsibilities: Positioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling positioning and messaging, value proposition, GTM materials, enablement content, that demonstrate India differentiation Content & Enablement Management: Develop and maintain website content, sales enablement tools, and all GTM materials to support internal teams and customer-facing initiatives Conceptualization of themes + calendar and development of Thought Leadership content aligned with market trends and our capabilities Identify opportunities for content amplification organically in relevant channels Translate complex technology offerings into clear, differentiated messaging and narratives. Understanding business objectives and the target audience’s needs to craft messaging that aligns with both. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the seamless integration of visuals and copy, creating marketing assets that are visually appealing and strategically sound.

Own core GTM assets such as messaging frameworks, sales playbooks, brochure and flyers, offering videos, case studies, demos narratives, and executive‑level presentations. Enable sales and presales teams with clear, outcome‑focused narratives tailored to enterprise buyers. Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and media outlets and edit content written by others for message and clarity Develop compelling, high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, white papers, case studies, videos and more.

Qualifications: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in high-growth SaaS or IT companies. A background in media, journalism, masscomm will be a great advantage. Expertise in positioning, messaging and value proposition development.

Proven track record of creating and executing successful content assets Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights to drive strategy. Experience in sales enablement, developing collateral, that support revenue growth. Experience managing external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and programs.

Ability to excel in fast-moving, dynamic environments while applying creative and innovative problem-solving. Experience managing agencies and working in cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, AI, and enterprise technology ecosystems, including partnerships.
