Compliance Analyst - 100% remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst for a 100% remote position with a Major Financial Institution located in CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: Up to $56.00 per hour.

This role involves ensuring organizational adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on all compliance-related activities, conducting audits, and updating procedures based on regulatory changes. Responsibilities Review and assess internal processes to identify potential compliance risks Conduct audits and prepare reports to document compliance findings Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating policies and procedures Support investigations into compliance issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements Assist in training staff on compliance-related topics Requirements 10+ years of professional experience in a senior-level capacity Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA Experience with risk assessment and internal auditing practices Strong analytical, research, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
