Salary: 45K - 85K / As per Experience Location: Saket, Delhi Type: Full-time Function: Founder’s Office Nature: On-ground + Strategy ATE is hiring a Community & Brand Manager to work directly with the Founder’s Office , owning how the brand shows up across cafés, collaborations, retail, and culture. This role is ideal for someone from a brand or creative agency background, with experience in F&B, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle, who understands that great brand work begins on the floor—but is never reduced to running it. Core Responsibility To protect and grow ATE’s brand through hospitality-led experiences, community building, retail relationships, and creative coordination, while acting as a strategic extension of the founders.

ATE Commune & Retail Responsibilities (Across All Stores) Build and maintain strong relationships across: Brand events and curated experiences/ Retail and cultural collaborations/ Special tables, invited guests, and press visits Plan, direct, and oversee brand-led events (concept, coordination, follow-up) Act as the primary brand host for guests, collaborators, and partners Respond to brand, collaboration, press, and retail partner inquiries ; support onboarding and continuity Develop brand-led strategies to enhance retail membership, retention, and loyalty (concept, structure, experience design) Gather and analyse guest and retail feedback, translating insights into brand improvements Maintain accurate records of brand-led retail activity in line with company policies Identify opportunities to deepen café and retail engagement beyond transactions Note: This role aligns with operations only on feasibility, timelines, and service expectations. It does not manage staff, shifts, or service execution. Creative Team Coordination Ensure the creative team executes against founder-led vision and briefs Maintain structured task management using Gantt charts and timelines Oversee timely delivery of creative outputs across campaigns and launches Supervise alignment and execution of ad campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and product packaging in line with founder briefs Provide regular, structured updates to the founders on creative progress Operational Interface (Strictly Defined) Operational interaction occurs only for: Brand events Retail or cultural collaborations Special guests and press visits In these cases, you align with the operations lead on: Feasibility Timelines Service expectations All direction, prioritisation, and evaluation flow exclusively through the Founder’s Office.

This role cannot be reassigned to cover operational gaps, staff shortages, or daily service management under any circumstance. Job Requirements Background in Brand, Marketing, Luxury, Fashion, or Lifestyle Prior agency experience, ideally with F&B or hospitality brands Experience in customer-facing or brand-hosting roles Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments Calm, solution-oriented conflict-resolution mindset Proficient with Google Calendar, Sheets, reporting, and data management Experience overseeing brand presence across Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram Business This Role Is for You If You think like a brand owner, not a campaign executor You enjoy hosting, observing, and shaping guest experience You’re comfortable working closely with founders You want long-term brand ownership, not a purely tactical role
