Salary: โน45,000โ85,000/month, as per experience Location: Experience Roastery, Saket, New Delhi Type: Full-time, in-office Function: Content, Design & Marketing Reporting: Founders Nature: On-ground + strategy Caarabi is hiring a Community & Brand Manager to own how the brand shows up across every channel it speaks through โ Instagram, the website, WhatsApp, email, packaging, events, and wholesale relationships. This role suits someone from a brand or creative agency background, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle, who understands that great brand work begins on the roastery floor โ but is never reduced to running it. Core responsibility To protect and grow the Caarabi brand through hospitality-led experiences, community building, integrated marketing, and creative coordination โ acting as a strategic extension of the founders.
Roastery, community & experiences Act as the primary brand host for guests, collaborators, cafรฉ partners, and press visiting the Experience Roastery Plan, direct, and follow through on brand-led events โ Omakase sittings, cuppings, tastings, and collaborations (concept, coordination, recap) Build and maintain relationships with wholesale partners, white-label clients, and cultural collaborators Respond to brand, collaboration, press, and partner inquiries; support onboarding and continuity Develop strategies that deepen customer retention and repeat purchase โ for both D2C subscribers and B2B accounts Gather and analyse guest, customer, and partner feedback; translate insights into brand improvements Identify ways to deepen engagement beyond transactions โ education, experiences, community Integrated marketing channels Own day-to-day execution across Instagram, website (Shopify), WhatsApp Business, and email โ one brand, one voice, every channel Run the active content plan: Roastery Journal, Omakase & Experiences, and Powered by Caarabi pillars Ensure every event generates its full asset set โ teaser, Stories, recap, carousel Track the metrics that matter: saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks, wholesale DMs, Omakase bookings โ not likes Keep packaging, retail presence, and digital storefronts aligned with brand standards Creative coordination Ensure the creative team executes against founder-led vision and briefs Maintain structured task management with clear timelines across campaigns and launches Supervise alignment of campaigns, social, and packaging with founder briefs Provide regular, structured updates to the founders on creative progress Operational interface (strictly defined) Operational interaction occurs only for brand events, collaborations, and special guest or press visits โ aligning with the ops team on feasibility, timelines, and service expectations. Direction, prioritisation, and evaluation flow through the founders. This role cannot be reassigned to cover operational gaps, staffing shortages, or daily service management.
Requirements Background in brand, marketing, or lifestyle; prior agency experience with F&B or hospitality brands preferred Experience in customer-facing or brand-hosting roles Comfortable with real numbers โ engagement, retention, conversion โ not vanity metrics Working fluency with Shopify, Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, Sheets, and reporting Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure Based in Delhi NCR This role is for you if You think like a brand owner, not a campaign executor You enjoy hosting, observing, and shaping how people experience coffee You're comfortable working closely with founders You want long-term brand ownership, not a purely tactical role
