The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging key decision-makers, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing directly to the commercial pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced, target-led environment , with a strong interest in digital commerce and technology.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research target organisations across key sectors (eCommerce, retail, B2B) Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outbound platforms to drive activity Outreach & Engagement Execute multi-channel outbound strategies (email, phone, social) Craft tailored messaging to engage senior stakeholders (e.g. CMO, Head of eCommerce, Digital Director) Secure high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team Qualification Understand client challenges, objectives, and budget considerations Assess and qualify opportunities against defined criteria Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems Collaboration Partner closely with marketing to align on campaigns and messaging Work with senior sales stakeholders to convert opportunities Share market insights and feedback to refine targeting strategies Performance & Optimisation Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets Monitor performance metrics and conversion rates Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve effectiveness Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Qualified meetings booked Pipeline value generated Outreach-to-meeting conversion rates Activity levels (calls, emails, social engagement) Candidate Profile Proven experience in a BDR/SDR or sales-focused role (ideally within digital, tech, or eCommerce) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised with a data-driven approach to performance Self-starter with a proactive, resilient mindset Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment Why Join?
