Business Development Analyst - RFP & Tender Intelligence

About Arched Arched is building vertical AI for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. We're AI for firms that build the world. We're an early-stage, founder-led team working closely with leading Indian infrastructure firms to bring modern AI tooling to an industry that's been underserved by it. The Role We're looking for a Business Development professional from the engineering and construction world who has lived inside the tendering process. Someone who has read, interpreted, and responded to RFPs, BOQs, and NITs and understands their real-world nuances. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of domain expertise and AI. Your core work will be reading and annotating a large volume of tender documents so we can train our models to understand them the way an experienced BD professional does. You're effectively teaching our AI what you already know. What You'll Do Read and annotate RFPs, BOQs, NITs, and related tender documents across infrastructure and building sectors Label and structure key elements: scope, eligibility/pre-qualification criteria, evaluation parameters, commercial terms, BOQ line items, and risk clauses Flag ambiguities, red flags, and the subtle signals that experienced bidders catch but newcomers miss Help define annotation guidelines and edge-case conventions alongside the founding team Provide domain feedback on model outputs, where the AI gets it right and where it misses the nuance What We're Looking For Hands-on experience in business development, tendering, or bid management within engineering, construction, or infrastructure Genuine fluency with RFPs, BOQs, and NITs.
