Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (SFIA Level 5) to join a complex NHS digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery team, supporting end-to-end business analysis activities across a defined workstream.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and manage business requirements through the full lifecycle Translate business needs into user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria Work closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams within Agile delivery Engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders Support backlog refinement, UAT and implementation activities Analyse current and future state processes to define effective solutions Required Skills & Experience Strong core Business Analysis experience Agile/Scrum delivery experience Excellent xwzovoh stakeholder management and communication skills Experience writing user stories and functional requirements Ability to work independently within complex programmes Preferred Experience NHS experience GDS experience Public sector or digital transformation background Immediate interviews available.
