Business Analyst for Repo Trading

Drive enhancements for global repo trading operations as a Senior Business Analyst. This role focuses on analytical support and improving existing processes for a prestigious financial client. In this position, you will utilize your 2–3+ years of experience in repo trading systems on the sell-side.

Strong knowledge of trade execution and collateral management is essential for partnering with various teams across Global Markets. You will also assist in the rollout of vendor functionality and communication among stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Support daily operations at Global Repo trading desks • Address inquiries from Front/Middle Office and Back Office • Implement small-to-medium enhancements in business processes • Coordinate vendor testing and support production go-live • Act as a subject matter expert for repo integration issues Requirements: • 2–3+ years in sell-side repo trading systems • Strong understanding of repo trading lifecycle and management • Familiar with trading systems like Calypso and FIS BondOne • Experience with outright bonds and Interest Rate derivatives • Nice to have: Application building skills in Python or VBA Leverage your analytical expertise to enhance repo trading processes and deliver impactful solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
