CANDIDATES WITH RECENT LOCAL PROJECTS HIGHLY PREFERRED. - NO RELOCATION Required Candidate Location: Hybrid/NYC 3 Days a Week - NO RELOCATION Type of Interview Required: Video Job Description: Seeking an IT Business Analyst to support its Institutional Private Client fundraising technology platform, partnering with Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Technology teams to enhance systems that manage roadshows, investor pipelines, onboarding, and opportunity tracking. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders across Fundraising and Investor Relations to gather, document, and refine requirements for fundraising technology solutions Support and enhance CRM platforms used for tracking investor activity, opportunities, and fundraising pipelines Translate business processes related to roadshows, investor onboarding, and prospect management into functional specifications Analyze and improve workflows tied to institutional client engagement and capital raising efforts Work closely with developers and technology teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards (primarily in Excel) to track fundraising performance and pipeline activity Assist in data quality, governance, and accuracy initiatives across investor and opportunity data Support UAT, release coordination, and post-implementation validation Required Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within financial services Strong understanding of fundraising concepts including roadshows, investor pipelines, opportunity tracking, and onboarding processes Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting) Ability to bridge business and technology, translating requirements into actionable solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Institutional Private Clients, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Asset Management firms Familiarity with Investor Relations workflows and capital raising operations Exposure to data governance, data quality, or reporting tools Experience supporting fundraising or IR technology platforms Key Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong ownership Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite in NYC, 2 days remote
