Business Analyst

Business Analyst with EMD, PNR, or ETKT Experience Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the airline, travel, or related industry, with a strong understanding of EMD, PNR, and ETKT processes and systems. Strong experience with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements documentation. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and SQL. Familiarity with industry-specific systems, such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master).

Experience with revenue management systems or ticketing platforms. Knowledge of international travel regulations and industry standards, such as IATA and ATPCO.
