About the Company We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own and drive brand visibility, creator partnerships, social media strategy, campaigns, community initiatives, PR, and brand collaborations. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on measurable brand impact, content quality, and cross-functional collaboration. About the Role The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of brand marketing, including influencer marketing, social media strategy, community campaigns, and brand collaborations.

Responsibilities Influencer Marketing & Creator Ecosystem Build and manage a high-quality creator and influencer ecosystem. Identify, profile, and onboard relevant creators aligned with the target audience. Own creator campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.

Track creator performance and content effectiveness. Manage influencer agencies and creator relationships. Execute offline influencer and community collaborations.

Ensure timely campaign delivery and minimize escalations. Social Media & Content Strategy Develop social-first campaigns aligned with brand positioning. Own content calendars and campaign ideation.

Drive content scripting, production, and shoot execution. Maintain consistency in storytelling and brand voice. Reduce content iteration cycles through better planning and briefing.

Community Campaigns & Events Plan and execute community-led campaigns and events. Manage campaign launches and seasonal marketing initiatives. Define campaign objectives and success metrics.

Track reach, awareness, engagement, and conversion outcomes. Brand Partnerships & Collaborations Identify and execute strategic brand collaborations. Evaluate partnership ROI and business impact.

Build relationships with relevant communities and partner brands. PR & Brand Visibility Support PR initiatives, media outreach, and brand storytelling. Manage product seeding, gifting, and launch visibility programs.

Drive organic brand visibility and online reputation management. Analytics & Budget Management Track campaign performance using UTMs, reporting dashboards, and analytics tools. Measure website traffic, brand searches, engagement, and conversions from marketing activities.

Manage budgets efficiently and optimize spends for maximum impact. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Growth, Design, Content, Product, and Customer Experience teams. Ensure marketing activities support business goals and product priorities.

Qualifications 4โ€“8 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, or related roles. Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and social media platforms. Experience managing campaigns end-to-end.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking marketing performance. Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
