About the Role Markets of India at SPR City is looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead and execute all ATL & BTL marketing activities, brand campaigns, events, promotions, and activation strategies for one of India’s largest commercial marketplace and retail destinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in real estate branding, event execution, vendor management, promotional campaigns, and consumer engagement strategies. The role requires a highly organized professional capable of driving brand visibility, customer footfall, leasing inquiries, and sales growth through impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Build strong brand visibility and positioning for Markets of India & SPR City. Plan and implement integrated ATL & BTL campaigns to increase awareness, footfall, leasing leads, and sales conversions.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels. ATL Marketing Activities Plan and manage: Newspaper advertisements Magazine campaigns Radio campaigns Outdoor hoardings Transit media branding Cinema advertising Television promotions Print media campaigns Coordinate with media agencies and vendors for campaign execution and optimization. BTL Marketing & Activations Execute: Mall activations Brand promotions Roadshows Retail engagement activities Seasonal & festive campaigns Sampling campaigns Experiential marketing activities Customer engagement programs Develop innovative promotional ideas to improve customer experience and brand recall.
Event Planning & Special Campaigns Curate and manage: Launch events Celebrity events Cultural programs Brand collaborations Exhibitions & trade events Weekend activations Corporate events Sales & leasing promotional events Create high-impact events to support sales targets and improve marketplace engagement. Vendor Management & Negotiation Identify and manage agencies, event vendors, fabrication teams, production partners, and promotional agencies. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor quality standards. Team Management Lead and manage ATL & BTL marketing teams, event coordinators, agencies, and vendors. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Coordinate with digital marketing, leasing, creative, and sales teams. Budgeting & Reporting Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize marketing spends. Track campaign performance, footfall data, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
