Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager โ€“ Brand Management Location: Pune Department: Branding & Communications Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Management professional to lead and support branding, communication, and public relations initiatives. The role involves developing and executing strategic communication plans, managing brand positioning, creating impactful content, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility. Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Strategy Support the planning and execution of branding and marketing strategies.

Develop and implement communication plans to strengthen brand identity and market presence. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels. Content Development & Communications Create and manage content for newsletters, blogs, annual reports, brochures, presentations, websites, and social media platforms.

Develop communication materials including speeches, presentations, talking points, and marketing collateral. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and organizational objectives. Public Relations & Media Management Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry partners, and external stakeholders.

Drive PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Coordinate media interactions and manage external communications. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal departments and leadership teams to support branding and communication requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, professional bodies, and external agencies. Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Research & Market Insights Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Identify opportunities and challenges related to brand positioning and communication. Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen brand perception. Budget Management Track and manage branding and communication budgets.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources and cost-effective execution of campaigns. External Representation Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, networking forums, and professional associations. Build and maintain relationships that contribute to brand growth and reputation.

Qualifications & Experience Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Branding, or a related field. 5โ€“8 years of experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or related functions. Proven experience in developing and executing branding and communication strategies. Experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
