BCBAs at MATS function as autonomous clinical leaders , guiding treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring effective behavioral interventions for our clients. Position Overview Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Department: Clinical Services Reports To: Clinical Director / Executive Director Salary: $80,000 β $120,000 annually Caseload: Approximately 6β8 clients Billable Requirement: 25 billable hours per week What Youβll Do As a BCBA at MATS , you will lead the clinical direction of ABA services and oversee individualized treatment plans. Clinical Responsibilities β’ Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, PDDBI, etc.) β’ Develop and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) β’ Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs, BTs, and BCaBAs β’ Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly β’ Ensure fidelity of ABA interventions and data collection Collaboration β’ Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals β’ Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators β’ Provide parent training and caregiver guidance Clinical Leadership β’ Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations β’ Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical guidelines β’ Support staff training and professional development QualificationsRequired β’ Masterβs or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB β’ Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start β’ Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills β’ Ability to supervise RBTs and manage clinical caseloads Preferred β’ Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland β’ Experience using CentralReach or similar ABA software β’ Experience working with interdisciplinary teams Benefits & PerksCompensation & Financial Competitive salary: $80,000 β $120,000 On-demand paychecks via Sure Payroll Mileage reimbursement for authorized travel Laptop and tablet provided
