Job Description Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote or Hybrid Locations: Carrollton, Tifton, and Augusta, Georgia for Hybrid - or Anywhere in Georgia for Remote We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA therapy organization serving children and families across Georgia. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and strong professional support, with options for remote (within Georgia) or hybrid in-person work based in Carrollton, Tifton, or Augusta. Position Highlights Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Schedule: 25 billable hours per week Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (based on experience) Work Setting: Remote (must live in Georgia) or hybrid, depending on location preference Full Benefits Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct supervision to RBTs and oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress and consistency Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and data collection Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable state regulations Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active or eligible Georgia state license (as applicable) Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Benefits Full comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support Flexible scheduling and administrative support 401(k) plan (if applicable) Join a team that values balance, growth, and impact.
