Assistant to Sales Manager

Our Toronto showroom offers a highly curated collection of modern furnishings, kitchens, closets, outdoor furniture, and accessories, combined with personalized service and project coordination.

We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Sales Manager in a fast-paced luxury design environment. Responsibilities • Manage and track customer orders from start to finish • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams • Follow up on deliveries, updates, and order timelines • Assist with quotes, order entry, and sales administration • Maintain accurate records and organization within STORIS • Assist with showroom maintenance, including organizing samples, dusting, and ensuring displays are presentation-ready • Help manage product samples and materials • Support showroom operations and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed Qualifications • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines • Experience with STORIS is a major asset • Experience in furniture, interior design, or a related industry preferred • Detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on • Professional and client-focused attitude Compensation 60,000-75,000 based on experience.
