Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Product Manager role located in Mumbai.

The Assistant Product Manager will assist in the development and execution of innovative product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring product alignment with company goals. The role also involves creating and maintaining product documentation, supporting stakeholder communication, and monitoring product performance to recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities 1. Product Execution Assist in translating business requirements into clear product requirements Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery Track progress of features and ensure deadlines are met 2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis Work with stakeholders (sales, operations, leadership) to understand needs Break down problems into structured requirements Identify edge cases and potential gaps early 3.

Sprint & Delivery Management Support sprint planning and backlog prioritization Ensure tasks are well-defined and actionable Follow up with teams to unblock issues Author User Stories & Acceptance Criteria 4. Testing & Quality Assurance Perform basic testing of features before release Ensure features meet requirements and expected behavior Log and track bugs systematically 5. Documentation & Process Maintain clear documentation for features and workflows Help build and improve internal product processes Ensure knowledge is not lost and is accessible to teams 6.

Cross-functional Coordination Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business teams Communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders Ensure alignment across teams What We’re Looking For Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability Good communication and ability to structure thoughts clearly High ownership and follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Background 2 years of experience in product role Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar Basic understanding of software development lifecycle Experience working with cross-functional teams Mumbai Candidates
