Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager – Loan & Treasury Location: Mumbai- Thane Qualification: CA (3 years’ experience) / MBA (5–6 years’ experience) / ACS Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage Loan & Treasury operations, including working capital management and banking relationships. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective fund management and coordination with financial institutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage Loan and Treasury operations for the organization • Handle working capital management and fund planning • Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions • Coordinate with banks for loan processing, documentation, and compliance • Monitor cash flow, borrowing limits, and banking facilities • Support financial planning and treasury related reporting Key Skills • Loan Management • Treasury Operations • Working Capital Management • Banking Relationship Management • Cash Flow & Fund Management Eligibility • CA with minimum 3 years’ experience OR MBA with 5–6 years’ experience • Strong exposure to treasury and banking operations • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
