Job Description
Role Overview/Purpose The role will focus on the development, implementation, and on-going operations of the HR technology landscape across the employee lifecycle. This includes applications such as HRMS, LMS, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, Compensation Planning, and Manpower Budgeting. The individual will also have oversight and shared accountability for interfaces that enable data flow between HR and non-HR systems (e.g., Active Directory and downstream applications such as Travel Management). They will be required to collaborate extensively with HR teams (both CoEs and business stakeholders), external technology partners, and internal IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of new implementations, as well as the smooth day-to-day operation of HR applications. Key Responsibilities Service Delivery Lead the adoption of HR technologies to drive all HR processes and ensure positive & consistent employee experience Conduct interventions, create collaterals (user manuals etc.) to drive continuous learning for users across various applications Drive continuous improvement efforts. Periodically co-identifying corrective actions with stakeholders by conducting service reviews, creating platforms for feedback. Discussing the findings and results with relevant stakeholder(s) to ensure closure Programs and Projects Developing project plans for all identified application development requirements; monitoring the design, development and implementation of these projects; conducting SIT and UAT testing on modules that get developed Implementation of change requests for continuous improvement of applications, business operations or problems that may have occurred Creating, publishing and maintaining associated SDLC documentation (User Specification, Business Requirement, Test Plans etc.) and reports Governance Monitoring of application utilization by users in line with published SOPs, expected thresholds Tracking and closure of incidents, issues with external and internal partners. Driving process of incident analysis, impact assessment for problems, and subsequently their root cause analysis and any associated development/change request for resolution Control all costs and adhere to budgets allotted to projects undertaken; suggest iterations to the budget in line with organizational requirements Data Structures and Information Security Monitor data sanity and data structures integrity across all applications, by way of setting up monitoring and flagging methods. Assisting the identification of any specific risk management, security and compliance requirements Implementing guardrails and monitoring access related to data.
Approving user access requests and periodically verifying propriety of user access, monitoring privileged user accounts Educational Knowledge Graduate in the field of Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science Masterβs Degree in the field of Human Resources/Computer Science/Information Technology Experience 3+ years of diversified experience in HR Technology covering: Designing, Implementing & Maintaining Tech Architecture, Stakeholder Management, HR Digital Transformation, Vendor Management, Program Management, Risk Management & Compliance Has at least 2 years of working knowledge with the DarwinBox HRMS , that includes implementation, configuration and managing BAU operations, along with building of associated integrations Working Knowledge of at least three of the following employee lifecycle applications: 1) Applicant Tracking System, 2) Performance Management, 3) Talent Management, 4) Payroll and Tax Management, 5) Contract Workforce Management, 6) Compensation Management System, 7) Manpower Planning & Forecasting Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to produce and present data/ information to a high standard Experience of managing large data/ information sets Excellent Project Management Skills. Experience of having handled a) an HR technology implementation on large scale, b) complex change management projects Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users High standards of integrity, and ability to operate in a highly confidential environment
