Client Success Manager / Account Manager (US IT Staffing)

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals. What you will own: • End-to-end requirement management from briefing to placement closure • Client communication with US based enterprise hiring managers • SOW and PO coordination • Interview scheduling and candidate coordination • Weekly pipeline reporting • Bridge between India recruiting team and US clients What we're looking for: • 4-6 years US IT staffing experience from India • Strong understanding of W2, C2C, SOW, PO process • Excellent English communication — written and verbal • Self starter who owns their function completely • Experience working with enterprise US clients • Bangalore based, comfortable with US shift What we offer: • ₹8-12 LPA based on experience • Placement closure bonus • Work from home • Direct growth opportunity in a fast scaling firm • Opportunity to grow into Senior Account Manager as company scales
