Assistant Manager / Manager – Corporate Marketing Department: Marketing Experience Required 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Marketing / Corporate Sales. Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing preferred. Work Schedule Working Hours: 8.5–9 Hours per day No Night Shifts Operations run 365 days a year If assigned to work on a Sunday, a compensatory off can be availed later.

Key Responsibilities Plan and organize health talks and awareness programs in corporate organizations. Develop and maintain corporate partnerships, tie-ups, and strategic alliances. Drive brand communication and promotional activities across corporate clients.

Coordinate patient follow-ups for treatment conversion and relationship management. Achieve assigned targets related to registrations and treatment cycles. Introduce and implement innovative initiatives in corporate marketing.

Organize corporate events, deliver presentations, and generate business leads. Develop strategies to increase opportunities for networking and engagement within the corporate sector. Prepare MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

Required Skills Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Good interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Required Knowledge & Competencies Corporate relationship management. Field marketing and business development activities.

Understanding of social engineering and customer engagement techniques. Ability to build long-term professional relationships with corporate clients. Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.

Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industry marketing will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for corporate meetings, events, and client engagement activities.
