Role Description The Artist Manager will oversee the career development and daily operations for assigned talents. Responsibilities include managing schedules, negotiating contracts, coordinating events or projects, and maintaining strong communication with key partners. The role also involves supporting artists' creative visions, developing promotional strategies, and identifying new growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, or Influencer Marketing. • Prior experience managing influencers is mandatory. • Strong network within the entertainment and influencer industry preferred. • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple artists and campaigns simultaneously. • Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand collaborations. • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred. Preferred Skills • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Problem-solving and multitasking skills. • Passion for the entertainment, media, and influencer marketing industry.
