The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in redevelopment project s, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle . Key Responsibiliti esPrepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design concept s.Develop designs in compliance with applicable building regulations and project requirement s.Handle architectural planning and coordination for redevelopment project s.Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and internal team s.Review and manage construction drawings and design documentatio n.Conduct site visits and provide solutions for design and execution-related issue s.Assist in project planning, design development, and statutory approval s.Ensure timely delivery of project drawings and documentatio n.Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documentation as require d.

Required Skills & Qualificati onsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arc h).5–6 years of relevant experience as an Archite ct.Redevelopment project experience is mandato ry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design softwa re.Strong understanding of construction drawings, building regulations, and design standar ds.Experience in residential and commercial real estate projec ts.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skil ls.
