Website: www.aramya.in Our Team: https://shorturl.at/l6uYJ About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager who is a sharp problem-solver, quick thinker, and highly analytical. You will work closely with project heads and cross-functional leaders to drive business-critical initiatives, establish clarity in ambiguity, and bring structure and momentum to fast-moving priorities.

Key Responsibilities ● Drive cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end with clear ownership of outcomes. ● Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans with measurable milestones. ● Build and maintain performance dashboards; analyse data to uncover growth opportunities. ● Streamline processes across product, supply chain, marketing, and retail to improve efficiency and speed. ● Ensure smooth store operations and support new store launches with strong execution rigor. ● Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and communication across internal and external partners. ● Bring customer, market, and competitive insights back into product and business decisions. Key Skills & Qualifications ● Preferably 1–2 years of experience in program management, consulting, strategy, analytics, founder’s office, or business operations. ● Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions such as SRCC, Stephens, LSR, Hindu, Hansraj, Ashoka, IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent top colleges. ● Strong first-principles problem solver with structured thinking. ● Quick, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and basic modeling. ● Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas. ● High ownership, reliability, and a bias towards execution. ● Exposure to D2C, retail, consumer brands, or fast-scaling startups is a plus.
