Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Timber Acoustics.

The Sales Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, preparing quotes, and closing opportunities. Responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, conducting virtual consultations to understand client acoustic needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing follow-up proposals, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The Sales Specialist will also nurture long-term customer relationships, provide product education and basic training to clients, and contribute feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs. Proven Sales experience, including lead qualification, solution presentation, and closing deals.

Experience or aptitude in Sales Management and basic Training to support pipeline development and customer onboarding. Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Familiarity or interest in acoustics, audio equipment, or related industries is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for tracking opportunities and communication. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs. Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or a related field.
