We are looking for a seasoned Affiliate Marketing professional to build, scale, and own our affiliate program in the US market - driving high-quality leads and revenue through strategic partnerships and performance-driven execution.

Role Overview The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a full-scale affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the US market. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in affiliate program management, partner recruitment, performance optimization, and revenue attribution. The ideal candidate brings a strong existing network of US-based affiliates, publishers, and influencer partners, and has a demonstrated track record of scaling affiliate programs from the ground up or significantly growing an established one.

Key Responsibilities Program Strategy & Ownership Own end-to-end affiliate program strategy, structure, and roadmap for the US market Define commission models, payout structures, and incentive tiers to attract and retain high-performing partners Set program KPIs β€” including revenue targets, partner acquisition goals, and ROI benchmarks β€” and report against them regularly Evaluate and select affiliate networks and platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten) best suited to our audience and growth goals Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates across relevant verticals β€” including parenting, education, homeschooling, K–12 content creators, and STEM-focused publishers Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-performing partners through consistent communication and tailored support Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and custom deals with strategic affiliate accounts Develop co-marketing opportunities with select partners to drive incremental visibility and conversions Performance Management & Optimization Monitor affiliate performance metrics including clicks, conversions, CAC, LTV, and revenue contribution Identify under-performing partners and implement activation or exit strategies accordingly Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, offers, and commission structures to improve conversion rates Conduct fraud detection and compliance audits to maintain program integrity Content & Creative Coordination Work closely with the content and design teams to develop affiliate-specific assets - banners, email templates, landing pages, and promotional copy Provide partners with up-to-date marketing materials, product messaging, and campaign briefs Ensure all affiliate-distributed content adheres to brand guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration Deliver regular performance reports to leadership with clear attribution data, trend analysis, and growth projections Collaborate with the paid media, SEO, and CRM teams to align affiliate efforts with broader acquisition strategy Work with finance and legal to ensure accurate tracking, timely payouts, and compliant partner agreements Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a significant portion focused on the US market Proven track record of building or scaling affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue growth Deep familiarity with major affiliate platforms and networks (Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, or similar) Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics - CPA, CPC, ROAS, LTV, and multi-touch attribution Experience negotiating and managing contracts with publishers, content creators, and affiliate partners Solid grasp of FTC guidelines, affiliate compliance standards, and fraud prevention practices Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, BI tools) to interpret data and drive decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leadership and engaging external partners Preferred Skills Experience in EdTech, K–12 education, online learning, or youth/family-focused consumer brands is a strong plus Existing relationships with US-based parent bloggers, education publishers, homeschooling networks, or STEM content creators Familiarity with SEO-driven affiliate content strategies and affiliate SEO partnerships Experience managing influencer-affiliate hybrid programs Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar) Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment What We’re Looking For A candidate who is: Highly autonomous - able to build and execute programs with minimal hand-holding Data-driven in decision-making but relationship-first in partner management A strong negotiator who can close deals and retain top partners Commercially sharp with a clear understanding of unit economics and revenue attribution Organised and process-oriented - able to manage a large, diverse partner portfolio efficiently Genuinely motivated by education and its impact on young learners Why Join Us?
