Sales Manager โ€“ Companion Animal Division (Delhi/NCR) Location: New Delhi, India (Field-Based) Company: R-Biomeds Vetcare (RBV Canada) About RBV Canada R-Biomeds Vetcare (RBV) is the companion animal healthcare division of the R-Biomeds Healthcare Group, an emerging healthcare organization with operations across Asia. As we expand our presence in India, we are looking for passionate individuals who are excited by the opportunity to help build a fast-growing veterinary healthcare business from the ground up. The Opportunity We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead the launch and expansion of RBV's companion animal portfolio across Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). This is not a conventional sales role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing RBV's presence in one of India's most dynamic pet care markets by developing strong relationships with veterinary professionals, driving product adoption, and building a sustainable business for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve business objectives across Delhi/NCR.

Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders within the companion animal ecosystem. Promote RBV's portfolio of veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and pet wellness products through scientific detailing and consultative selling. Identify new business opportunities and expand RBV's reach within the assigned territory.

Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and training programs for veterinary professionals and clinic staff. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer engagement.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape market development initiatives and support future expansion plans. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance. Ideal Candidate Profile 3โ€“7 years of sales experience in veterinary healthcare, animal health, pharmaceuticals, pet care, or related industries.

Existing relationships with veterinarians and companion animal clinics in Delhi/NCR will be highly advantageous. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of territory development. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond a traditional sales role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR as part of field responsibilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline.
