As our automated matching networks and foundational HR API layers experience high-volume commercial scaling across North America and the GCC, maintaining impeccable operational hygiene and sprint velocity is paramount. Operating completely remote from within India, you will serve as the principal coordinator alignment bridge between engineering, product strategy, and corporate client onboarding teams.

You will maintain strict timeline tracking, clear up system blockages, and manage resource allocations, collaborating directly with our core leadership hub in Abu Dhabi . Key Responsibilities Sprint Architecture & Governance: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective frameworks for a distributed team of engineers and data strategists. Timeline Integration Management: Build, monitor, and maintain high-fidelity master project roadmaps, tracking dependencies and proactively mitigating delivery friction points.

SaaS Procurement & Asset Reconciliations: Manage team tool accounts, coordinate SaaS platform user seats (Jira, Asana, Slack, Miro), and reconcile operational resource balances without deployment delays. Operational Quality Controls: Author precise project documentation, scope definitions, and status dossiers, ensuring delivery metrics stay completely aligned with enterprise SLAs. Stakeholder Synchronization: Facilitate seamless, daily operational handshakes between remote engineering cells, product owners, and international business units.

Who You Are (Requirements) Proven Delivery Leadership: 4+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager within a fast-paced software development company, B2B SaaS platform, or tech-heavy MNC infrastructure. Agile Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency navigating and structuring advanced project tracking environments (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or ClickUp), including custom dashboards and automation rules. Technical System Literacy: Strong comfort level coordinating projects built around secure cloud infrastructures, API network paths, and transactional database logic.

Elite Communication Prowess: Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to command group syncs, resolve cross-team prioritization friction, and distill complex milestones easily. Credentials: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PMI-ACP designations are highly valued.
