Job Description
> Role Objective: A key objective of Global Sales Support (SPOC) role is to serve as the central point of contact for the Global Sales and Marketing teams across all verticals including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Dermatology (excluding India operations). The role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, effective sales support, process compliance, incentive management, documentation control, and alignment with internal stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical ability, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and process-driven execution to support businessobjectives and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relatedfield. 4β8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, SFE Support, Incentive Management, or Commercial Operations. Experience in handlingglobal sales coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management will be preferred. Strong working knowledgeof sales processes, incentive structures, reimbursements, and compliance monitoring.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel,reporting tools, and data management. Good understanding of documentation control,audit coordination, and process governance. Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracyand attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. > Role & Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support& Coordination (Excluding India) Act as the Single Point of Contact(SPOC) for the Global Sales and Marketing teams across all business verticals. Provide timely supportand resolution for sales-related operational requests.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes. Facilitate seamless communication between sales teams and supportfunctions. 2. Documentation & Process Execution (Excluding India) Prepare, review, maintain,and execute sales-related documents including agreements, trackers, reports, and approval records.
Ensure all documentation is maintained as per organizational standards and compliance requirements. Maintain proper recordsfor audit and management reviewpurposes. 3. Bundling Compliance, Scheme & Commission Documentation Monitoring (Excluding India and Distributor Business) Ensure compliance with bundling policies, commercial schemes, and approved business guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation related to specialpricing, benefits, commissions, and customer agreements. Monitor and trackbundling activities and highlight deviations or non-compliance cases. Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closureof compliance gaps and corrective actions. 4.
Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with Finance,HR, Audit, and other internaldepartments for smoothoperational execution. Ensure alignment of sales processes, incentive calculations, reimbursements, and reporting requirements. Support process improvements and operational standardization initiatives. 5.
Meeting Management(Excluding India) Prepare and circulate agendas for sales and reviewmeetings. Record, prepare, and track Minutesof Meetings (MOM). Follow up on action itemsand ensure timelyclosure and reporting. 6.
Incentives& Reimbursements Management Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales and marketing incentives. Coordinate with Auditand HR teams for validation and closure of audit observations. Coordinate with Financefor timely disbursement of incentives.
Manage reimbursement trackingand ensure timelysettlement for sales and marketingteams. Maintain detailed incentive data by employee,vertical, division, and country. 7. Expense Management & Audit Coordination Ensure timely submission and processing of employee expenseclaims.
Coordinate with employees and audit teams to resolveclaim-related queries. Maintain records relatedto claims, deviations, deductions, pending payments, and approvals. Prepare periodic MIS and management reports related to expense trendsand deviations.
Recommend process improvements and policy enhancements to streamline operations and reduce deviations.
